DAGO Cosmetics rebranding

DAGO is a Polish beauty startup specializing in handmade anhydrous cosmetics for skin, hair, and body care. Entering the highly competitive organic beauty market, the brand faced challenges in standing out and building trust with its audience. To address this, I developed a clear brand strategy and a new identity that would strengthen DAGO’s positioning and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints. The rebrand included the design of a new logotype, packaging labels, optimized web design, and social media communication. The updated brand personality reflects competence and reliability, while maintaining an authentic and approachable tone of voice. By emphasizing transparency, innovation, and education around water-free beauty, DAGO was able to differentiate itself and build stronger connections with its audience.

The outcome was a comprehensive Brand Book, providing guidelines for both strategy and identity. It included the brand manifesto, tagline, tone of voice, and detailed specifications for typography, color palette, packaging, and digital communication, ensuring a cohesive, modern, and impactful brand presence for DAGO.
